They are extremely unprofessional. I ordered a set of three fitted sheets for 5,999, but they sent me two fitted sheets and one normal sheet instead. When I requested a replacement, they gave me conflicting responses — saying one thing on the phone and another on text.
The staff is clearly confused and, worse, very rude. At the time of booking, they give you all the assurances (on phone call) but once the order is delivered and you face an issue, their behavior changes completely. Very disappointing experience.
